Overview

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Marketing Support Specialist II interested in making a creative impact when partnering with the global accounts, regional and vertical market sales teams for the parent company and subsidiaries. Applying specialized services across the globe, the role provides a marketing point-person for sales when presenting and engaging with customer-facing branded presentations, collateral, events and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales presentations from leading input meetings to final deliverable using PowerPoint, creating and updating sales marketing materials, updating SharePoint intranet to include new marketing files.
  • Operating as a thought leader, create external and internal branded website graphics and social media posts using Adobe Creative Suite. Create and influence the management on buy-in of proof-of-concept recommendations.
  • Drive strategic management and oversight of global facility branding (signage) projects. Recommend signage options for brand consistency.
  • Lead the event management, gather pre-post-show requirements, and design creative deliverables.
  • Lead collaboration with agency partners providing brand guidance and art direction on creative deliverables.
  • Lead the administration of department invoicing, E-commerce platform inventory maintenance, manage MARCOM ticketing requests.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years Marketing Agency or corporate marketing department Required

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced computer skills (High proficiency)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (High proficiency)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (High proficiency)
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Iin design (Medium proficiency)
  • Knowledgeable in Asana or similar project management platform (Medium proficiency)
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing (Medium proficiency)
