Overview

The Repair Agent I is responsible Providing initial technical product support to customers via inbound calls by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of Company products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department. The Repair Agent I will help diagnosis and troubleshoot repairs of fitness equipment and outdoor products and will assist, support, and resolve customers questions specific to products

Responsibilities

  • Respond to repair inquiry that may come from our internal staff or an external customer/client
  • Basic troubleshooting (fitness equipment, outdoor structures such as sheds, playsets etc.)
  • Work closely with vendors to obtain information required to complete repair
  • Manually creating orders for repairs based upon customer call-ins.
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls from customers, techs or clients
  • Repair quality assurance
  • Other repair related admin tasks

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma High School Diploma/GED Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 0-3 years Service Industry Experience Required
  • 0-3 years Repair Industry Knowledge Preferred
  • 0-3 years Pervious dispatch, customer service or related field Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of repair processes and terminology to accurately assess repair requests. (Low proficiency)
  • Problem solving and multi-tasking skills . (Medium proficiency)
  • High attention to detail and organization. (Medium proficiency)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (Medium proficiency)
  • Collaborative approach to work with the ability to work effectively with technicians, teammates, vendors and customers. (Medium proficiency)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Medium proficiency)
