Overview

The Sr. Regional HR Business Partner III will play a critical role in delivering the HR strategy across their assigned client
group(s). This individual will be responsible for strategic and operational support to managers across their regions, with
responsibilities related to performance management, coaching/training of People Leaders, new hire on-boarding, employee
relations, career development and succession planning, teammate recognition, and engagement. This role will support and/or
lead a number of key projects and will work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure they have the skills and capability
to deliver and manage change while supporting HR initiatives that help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for human capital results in your business units in the areas of employee relations, talent retention,
    engagement, performance management, workforce planning and career development.
  • Works closely with business leaders on effective workforce planning, recruitment & selection methods, pipeline development, interviewing methodologies and hiring process. Actively identify talent within your client group(s) to fill openings as a means for development.
  • Help drive succession planning within client group(s) by identifying the high potential talent and engage in assessment, development, and ongoing support, particularly for those on a leadership track.
  • Counsel people leaders within assigned client group(s) regarding company policy, procedures, and workplace issues. Provide coaching and resolution regarding all employee relations issues within your region.
  • Identify and analyze trends in HR and formulate recommendations to improve processes or plans that address talent issues (i.e., proactive training, on-boarding, retention strategies, career development, etc.).
  • Provide counsel to business leaders regarding local/federal employment law and legislation changes. Support roll-out of compliance initiatives that fall within your client group(s) locations.
  • Create a best-in-class new hire onboarding program by partnering with regional leaders and HR partners to deliver a positive and effective new hire experience.
  • Responsible for due diligence, integration, and the HR playbook for any future acquisitions to support our growth strategy within your assigned client group(s).
  • Effectively coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders to align on projects, change management plans, communication messages and related efforts for effective deployment across your respective client group(s).
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Required) or
  • Master's Degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist Required

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral & written communication skills, including the confidence to present, influence, and collaborate at the leadership level (High proficiency)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, analyze business data that tells a story, and develop holistic HR solutions to address talent gaps (High proficiency)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality projects in a growing, fast-paced environment (High proficiency)
  • Have an eye for spotting talent and a strong understanding of trends within human capital/workplace design (High proficiency)
  • Strong knowledge of Federal/state employment laws and workers compensation/safety protocols (High proficiency)
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight, while still being an active contributor to both the HR team and your assigned client groups (High proficiency)
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand complex technical matters (High proficiency)
  • Change management leadership (High proficiency)
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint (High proficiency)
  • Growth mindset with a passion for your craft that is easily recognizable (High proficiency)
  • Experience working with applicant tracking, LMS and HR systems (Medium proficiency)
  • Ability to manage medium to large scale projects (Medium proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
  • MBTI/DISC or PROSCI certifications Preferred
