Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Required)
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in compensation management (Required) and
• 2+ years in a team lead, supervisory or leadership role within compensation (Required) and
• 1+ years of experience in global compensation management (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• In-depth understanding of global compensation principles, market trends, practices, and regulations. High
• Familiarity with market analysis tools, salary surveys, and benchmarking methodologies. High
• Awareness of organizational structures and how compensation strategies align with business objectives. High
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of compensation professionals. High
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to effectively present recommendations, collaborate with stakeholders, influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. High
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. High
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Medium
• Knowledge of compliance requirements across multiple regions, including labor laws and tax implications. Medium
