The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the Corporate Treasury team and helping to establish global banking oversight. The Treasury department's primary responsibilities include administering the corporate banking operations, managing multiple cash disbursement processes, ensuring adequate liquidity of corporate non-ZBA bank accounts, and monitoring cash positions of overseas subsidiaries.
This position will be responsible for managing the Corporate Treasury team's day-to-day functions. In addition, this role will be viewed as a treasury subject matter expert and expected to be a key contributor to all treasury related projects, lead global banking initiatives and help develop global cash reporting & cashflow forecasts.
Manages a team of treasury agents ensuring that tasks are handled efficiently and accurately in accordance with the company policies and set procedures. Conducts performance reviews, team goal setting, coaches and mentors' staff as needed and handles the hiring and training of new employees as needed. |
Manages the day-to-day cash outflows and on all bank accounts, ensures that non ZBA and concentration accounts are kept funded. Acts as a liaison to accounting and business units to ensure all cash activity is recorded appropriately on the accounting ERP systems. Oversees daily cash flow and keeps track of cash forecast reporting. |
Manages the company banking activities, this can include managing check exceptions reports, bank verifications, using online banking systems, maintaining bank statements, analyzing bank fees and implementing banking-related changes as needed. |
Establish, co-ordinates and maintains global banking oversight over all AIT bank accounts. |
Acts as primary contact for company banking activities and merchant services. |
Maintains and supports bank account management including signatory updates, securing KYC requirements, user portal administrator, ensuring that all accounts are up to date with correct information and valid users. |
Leads opening and closing on company domestic and global bank accounts. |
