The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the company's IT infrastructure. This role involves managing and maintaining enterprise-wide systems, overseeing installations, upgrades, and patches, and proactively addressing potential issues. The Senior Systems Engineer will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the development and implementation of IT solutions.

• Manage and maintain Azure, O365 and AWS environments
• Install/maintain/upgrade/patch Windows Server 2016/2022
• Proactively resolves potential issues on Windows Server
• Deploy and manage Windows servers running in Azure\AWS.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve AD, email, O365 and server issues quickly.
• Strong experience managing Microsoft enterprise products, including O365, Active Directory, Exchange, and
• other E5 offerings, both on prem and in the Azure Cloud.
• Create change control processes and documentation for Windows, Azure and AWS solutions.
• Be the technical authority and mentor junior team members in Azure, Server, Email and cloud administration
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
• The wage range for this position is $106,900.00-$154,000.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Education
• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)

Experience
• 5+ years years’ experience in a Systems Administration role (Required)
• 3+ years Experience in a Systems Administration role with in-depth, hands-on experience in the following areas: Azure, Exchange and all O365 apps, and AWS (Required)
• 3+ years Applicable experience includes, but is not limited to, computer and networking infrastructure, operating systems, application software development, project management, regulatory compliance (Required)

Licenses and Certifications
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - (Preferred)
• - Azure (Preferred)
• - AWS (Preferred)
• CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Technician - (Required)

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
