Staff Accountant

• Prepare monthly activities including journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements and schedules
• Assist with administering the global accounting consolidating system
• Provide support to external auditors and tax preparers as requested
• Prepare monthly validation files for multiple international entities
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement on existing accounting processes in order to help develop greater department efficiencies
• Research technical accounting literature to ensure proper accounting treatment is followed
• Partner with multiple departments and operating stations to help them understand their monthly financial performance
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
• The wage range for this position is $74,500.00-$107,300.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
