Overview

The Senior Data Enablement Change Manager will support the Data Enablement and AI & Data Science team with change management and communication efforts. This role is crucial in helping the organization understand the purpose of data enablement and driving culture and behavioral change.

Responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies to support data enablement initiatives. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to promote understanding and adoption of data enablement practices. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Communication Planning: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and educate employees about data enablement initiatives. Ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to understand how data enablement initiatives will affect different parts of the organization. Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support AIT AI Data Science Team: Collaborate closely with the AIT AI & Data Science team to ensure change management efforts are integrated with data enablement including any AI, ML & GenAI technical implementations. Provide support and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Track the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness. Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Culture and Behavioral Change: Drive cultural and behavioral change by promoting the benefits of data enablement. Encourage a data-driven mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement including value creation & realization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • The wage range for this position is $156,300.00-$225,100.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's Degree Business, Logistics, Data Science, Data Management or a related field (Required)

Experience
• 7+ years experience in change management, preferably in data-driven or digital transformation environments (Required) and
• 7+ years experience in leading enterprise-wide change initiatives involving data governance, data platforms, or analytics modernization (Required) and
• 7+ years experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Worked on initiatives to improve data literacy, data democratization, or self-service analytics High
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks, metadata management, or data quality programs High
• Proven ability to work with IT, business units, and executive leadership High
• Oversaw large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams High
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies High
• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, GenAI (ChatGPT, CoPilot), Collibra, Alation, or Snowflake High
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) High
• Understanding of data architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) High
• Proven experience in change management, preferably within the logistics or technology industry High
• Strong understanding of data enablement and its impact on organizational performance High
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization High
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High
• Experience in developing and executing communication plans High
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team High
• Knowledge of AIT/Data Science practices and principles is a plus High

Licenses and Certifications
• - OCM Certification (Preferred)
• - Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter) or related field is a plus. (Preferred)
