Overview
The Senior Global Agent Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for onboarding mergers and acquisitions, analyzing agent activity, collaborating across departments, and providing internal support to ensure efficient operations and growth opportunities. The
Senior Global Agent Manager will additionally be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and challenging the team in order to build a
high-functioning, successful team.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze agent activity to generate reports for management. This includes transferring existing business from agents to new AIT facilities, collaborating with Global Compliance to update IATA with airlines, identifying key synergies, and conducting cost analysis around the global network. Additionally, run monthly analytics on global updates concerning primary and secondary agents
- Create a project plan for onboarding all mergers and acquisitions related to international operations agents. Conduct monthly reviews with the PMO team, incorporating detailed action trackers to align goals. Document monthly meetings with International Accounting to ensure the current status of International Operations Agents' Accounts Receivable is up-to-date.
- Develop solutions to address the needs of International Operations Agents, collaborating with other departments and employees as necessary. Initiate introductions for global key teammates and update their contact details and roles
- Collaborate with Global Compliance, International Accounting, and Treasury departments to onboard new agents. Meet with International Operations Agents to review performance results (volume, service, rates) and discuss opportunities for growth
- Offer internal support for AIT by creating and updating details of international operations agents in the operating systems. Assist in cleaning up inactive agents and competitors in AIT's systems
- Leads a team in conducting global analytics within the agent framework
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Required)
Experience
• 5+ years Experience in Freight Forwarding, and Logistics operations (Required) and
• 5+ years Experience in team management (Required)
• 2+ years Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects efficiently while collaborating with teams, managing risks and budgets, and ensuring clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction. (Required) and
• 2+ years Experience with global logistics operation platforms like CargoWise (Required)
