Overview
The Quality and Analytics Analyst for the Middle Mile Network will report to the Quality and Analytics Manager. This role involves analyzing data from TMS, Power BI, and other tools to identify potential service issues. The Quality and Analytics Analyst will provide actionable recommendations based on their findings, contributing to the enhancement of service quality and operational efficiency within the network. This position is critical for ensuring optimal service delivery and continuous improvement in performance metrics. In addition, the Quality and Analytics Analyst will work directly with operations personnel to ensure they are meeting service requirements and help develop KPI monitoring tools that will be utilized throughout the AIT Middle Mile Network to measure and report performance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively evaluate service performance within AIT's Middle Mile Network to ensure the execution of SLA's are taking place through analysis of performance at all HUB locations.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of data gathering and reporting methods and procedures within the Quality and Analytics team. Act as a subject matter expert on system setup, configuration, and continuous TMS improvement within the Quality and Analytics team
- Identify distressed freight and provide executable data to the offending location to ensure that each AIT Middle Mile Network HUB location addresses the distressed nature of the freight and executes accordingly
- Manage continuous improvement methodology in key areas of service, and utilize data to materially improve quality and drive growth of the AIT Middle MIle Network. Test new systems in development and provides executable feedback
- Develop KPI reporting and further enhance the service metric reporting
- Manage QMS documents as necessary to ensure that they are up to date with the current process and procedures for the operational teams to follow. Train and educate process owners to ensure compliance with standards set to ensure quality execution within the Middle Mile Network
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma (Required) and
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3+ years experience in transportation and Logistics (Required)
• 3+ years experience in quoting and routing (Required)
• 3+ years experience with data cleansing, standardization, and validation (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Data Analysis High
