The HR Coordinator supports the administration of HR processes within the HR Business Partner Center of Excellence as part of the AIT Human Resources team. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides administrative support to the HR Business Partner team and ensures teammate transactions related to transfers, promotions, offboarding, and more are seamlessly executed.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field (Required)
Experience
• 1+ years HR support or administrative role (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite Medium
• Time management and multi-tasking with the ability to adapt to changing priorities High
• Ability to learn and operate an HRIS system Medium
• Experience handling and maintaining confidential information with discretion and professionalism Medium
