The ServiceNow Product Owner will be responsible for implementing this new solution for AIT and it's continuous improvements. The role will balance the competing needs of several stakeholder groups and negotiate the optimal feature set/robust product roadmap. Additionally this position will be responsible for assist the AIT ServiceNow team in designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow Technologies.
The wage range for this position is $92,500.00-$188,900.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
Experience
• 5+ years Experience using the ServiceNow (Required) and
• 5+ years Experience with SAFe agile development methodologies (Required) and
• 5+ years Experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM with development teams and project requirements (Required) and
• 3+ years Have background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline (Required) and
• 3+ years Direct experience in HR Service Delivery or HR operations, including exposure to HR case management, knowledge management, and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leave management) (Required) and
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with core HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Paylocity (Preferred) and
• Experience working with HR shared services/contact center models, including case routing, SLAs, and escalation frameworks (Preferred)

• Deep understanding of HR compliance and governance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, employee data retention policies) Medium
• Knowledge of employee experience best practices, including HR self‑service portals, mobile HR access, and virtual agent/AI for HR Medium
• Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics (e.g., case resolution time, employee satisfaction, HR efficiency KPIs) and ability to build reporting dashboards in ServiceNow Medium
• Proven ability to drive HR change management, including training, communications, and adoption strategies Medium
Licenses and Certifications
• ITIL Foundations v3 - ITIL v4 (Preferred) and
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Preferred)
