Treasury Lead

• Serve as team lead and mentor to treasury team on daily activities and function as back-up when necessary.
• Provide instruction to treasury team on tasks and job techniques and make available written instructions, reference materials and supplies. Coordinate and distribute workload among treasury agents ensuring a balanced workload and ensuring timely accomplishment of their work.
• Oversee the daily banking requests for local currency wires and ACH, as well as purchasing of foreign currencies for overseas wires.
• Regularly update cash forecast and partner with manager to address any upcoming requirements. Monitor daily bank balances have enough funds to cover daily payments.
• Lead or assist various treasury project initiatives.
• Assist manager with the hiring and training on the job for new employees. Report to manager on performance, progress and training needs of treasury team and any behavior problems.
• Monitor treasury team Outlook email inbox and respond to any issues that are urgent, also monitor team is responding to their emails.
• Monitor daily credit card limits, account credit limits and ensure that there is enough limit available to meet with daily transactions needs.
• Provide SharePoint credit request weekend coverage when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• The wage range for this position is $28.90-$39.80 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
