The HR Culture Programs Specialist supports the design, implementation, and coordination of programs that strengthen AIT's culture, employee engagement, and community impact. Reporting to the HR Culture Programs Manager, this role helps deliver global initiatives aligned with AIT's core values—focusing on employee experience, recognition, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement. The specialist collaborates with HR teammates, ESG partners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and accurate reporting of program outcomes.
Culture & Engagement Support
• Assist with the execution of the Core Value Index Survey and support communication of results.
• Coordinate recognition programs, cultural campaigns, and teammate engagement events.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for DEIB initiatives and Employee Resource Groups.
• Draft communications and help maintain the HR communications calendar.
Community Engagement Support
• Support AIT Cares by administering the Benevity giving platform, tracking volunteer metrics, and recognizing teammate participation.
• Help coordinate global and regional community outreach events, including volunteer opportunities and nonprofit partnerships.
• Partner with community captains to gather updates and provide support for local engagement initiatives.
• Assist with reporting requirements for community and corporate responsibility programs.
Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with HR teammates, ESG partners, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are implemented successfully.
• Provide support for project timelines, documentation, and event logistics.
• Help with meeting preparation, presentation materials, and follow-up communication.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback
• Gather feedback from teammates and event participants to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest enhancements to engagement and community programs based on data and observations.

The wage range for this position is $65,900.00 to $94,900.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Education
• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Required) 
Experience
• 2+ years HR, employee engagement, community relations, event planning, or related role (Required) 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Organizational and project coordination skills. High
• Written and verbal communication ability. High
• Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Excel and HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus). High
