The Manager, Talent Acquisition, serves as a dynamic player‑coach—leading a team of recruiters while actively driving full‑cycle hiring across the Americas. This role is responsible for shaping and executing hiring strategies, developing recruiting talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. The ideal leader brings strong people‑management capability, hands‑on recruiting expertise, and a passion for building high‑performing teams aligned with business objectives. This position partners closely with senior TA leadership to implement, optimize, and maintain consistent use of global TA tools, workflows, and standards across all recruitment activities.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
Experience
• 7+ years years of experience in talent acquisition (required)
• 2+ years in a direct supervisory role leading TA teams (required)
• 2+ years experience managing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies (preferred)
• 1+ years experience in the logistics or transportation industry (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proven ability to manage and develop recruiting teams while handling individual requisitions. Medium
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and market trends. Medium
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts professionally, particularly when addressing differing priorities, feedback, or expectations with hiring managers. Medium

• Ability to sell – need to tell the AIT story and build candidate engagement Medium
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. High

• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)-AIRS - (preferred)

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
