The wage range for this position is $82,730.00 - $124,090.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field required.
Experience
• 5+ years providing instructional design and work experience in a medium to large organization required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Advance skills in E-Learning Development with industry-leading authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Captivate). High
• Expertise in scenario-based learning, simulations, and advanced variable functionality.
• Highly proficiency with Graphic Design & Multimedia/Video Editing
• Must be highly familiar with various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Must be highly proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite components.
• Must have excellent presentation skills to include but not limited to small or large groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to balance projects and change management.
• Ability to consult with senior business leaders, identify non-training solutions when appropriate, and align learning strategy directly to key business performance indicators (KPIs).
Licenses and Certifications
• - Instructional Design, e-learning development, or a related field (e.g., CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) required.
• - Advanced certification in a core ID competency (e.g., Design Thinking, Performance Consulting) is required.
• - Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
