Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required) or
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 7+ years experience as a project manager or experience as team lead managing large budgets (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in a freight forwarding environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Project planning and life cycle development High
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence to present, influence, and collaborate at the leadership level High
• Strong analytical skills to think strategically, analyze business data that tells a story, and develop holistic HR solutions to address talent gaps High
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint High
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems. High
• Strong time management and organizational skills. High
• Knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow-through on finished projects. High

Licenses and Certifications
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI - Program & Project Management\Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI (Preferred)
