AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations AgentII (Air Import), to join our Life Sciences team,that will coordinate the day-to-day import of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based on customer requests. The International Air (I) Operations Agent II primary focus is providing a high-level of operational excellence and a world-class customer service experience to all customers.  

​​The Customer Service Representative I must have the ability to troubleshoot and become first point of contact for AIT's customers seeking help with timely delivery. This role will focus on establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer's accounts and assessing customer's needs translating into results oriented solutions.​   Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm PST

The Operations Supervisor is responsible performance management and professional development of the Operations team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing employees, assigning work to others, and acting as a resource to the employees. The Billing Agent III is accountable for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the customer billing processes. This candidate will be responsible for generating an error-free invoice in accordance to the customer's rate card, tendering to customer/freight payment company, resolve billing disputes, managing communications, and supporting internal and external customers with reporting and analytical metrics.

As an AIT Worldwide Logistics intern, you will join a rotational program that provides a high-level overview of station operations, followed by formal instructor-led training, an opportunity to work hands on in operational departments, exposure to senior leaders and exciting opportunities to see the supply chain firsthand.   Depending on the location where you are stationed, each intern may get exposure and formal training in air freight, sea freight, road, warehousing, customs and corporate functions.  

The Account Executive I will sell AIT's services to customer then transition account to the account managers for ongoing maintenance and service. This role will consult with clients and develop solutions primarily in the domestic FTL services mode. This role will drive positive revenue results by establishing new customer relationships and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. The Account Executives will establish and maintain positive relationships with our customers.

The Station Manager is accountable for the P&L and operational oversight and management, leadership and direction of the station to provide quality service, customer satisfaction and operational proficiency that ensures growth and profitability goals/objectives are met. The Station Manager is responsible for implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures, quality standards, and other applicable regulatory guidelines, with respect to operational, administrative, customer service, marketing, and sales functions for the site. This position will develop and grow business in their dedicated region and will conduct business development activities.
