The Domestic Customer Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of, and expanding, the client relationship. In addition, the role will be responsible for customer service (24/7), tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance, account profitability, and all other assigned projects as dictated by the needs of the client. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills while working in a high volume and fast paced environment. The Customer Account Manager is the primary point of contact for a large revenue-producing and more complex customer base responsible for all steps in the logistics process for these customer(s), which may not be routine in nature.
The Domestic Operations Trainer is responsible for facilitating an engaging and interactive operations training program for our new and existing teammates. In this role, the trainer is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of operational processes, systems, and product knowledge. The trainer assists in the development of training content, continuously evaluates training effectiveness, and makes recommendations for improvement. The trainer acts as mentor to new teammates and supports them in their development.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising company strategy related to domestic, international, VAS and cartage freight warehouse operations through an understanding of industry trends and best practices. Work with international, domestic and cartage operations staff and internal AIT functions to provide the best overall warehouse service
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for creating, growing and managing an account base. Accountable to directly identify and initiate development efforts. Develop and execute a field sales business plan that will achieve the corporate revenue goals.
