The Customer Service Representative II will act as resource to AIT's customers requests and resolve delivery issues by answering customer's questions and work on resolving them in coordination with other departments. This role will focus on establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer's accounts and assessing customer's needs translating into results oriented solutions.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible performance management and professional development of the Operations team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing employees, assigning work to others, and acting as a resource to the employees. Additionally, this role involves managing relationships with service providers and partners throughout the globe, being the liaison for vendors to manage shipment bookings, ensuring timely transfers from logistics providers’ warehouses and onward to final destinations, as appropriate. This role will also assist as needed to complete the work of the department in addition to daily shipment processing.
The Account Executive I will sell AIT's services to customer then transition account to the account managers for ongoing maintenance and service. This role will consult with clients and develop solutions primarily in the domestic FTL services mode.
