The Customer Experience Agent is responsible for assisting in answering internal and external E-Mails, phone calls, and live chats for customers. You will be the first point of contact with our clientele so the ability to engage the customer and make them feel great about doing business with us is key to our success. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and can work in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment.   We are currently looking to fill the following shifts for the Customer Experience Agent position. Tuesday - Saturday 1:00pm to 10:00pm and Sunday - Thursday 1:00pm to 10:00pm. 

AIT is seeking a talented and motivated Tracking Agent to join our team to track and trace shipments with high accuracy. The team ensures that shipments are updated timely, troubleshoots service disruptions, and communicates service delays.

This position will include responsibilities for printing, picking, packing and processing shipments for our 3PL clients. This will require the use of forklifts 30% of the time for picking and packing. It is required to transition on and off the forklift throughout the shift as needed to complete assigned tasks. It's expected to be able to lift 25 lbs without a team lift and to utilize a team lift for everything heavier than 25 lbs.
