AIT is seeking a Dispatcher I! We are flexible on start time, if needed along with extra hours to be earned on the weekends, if applicable.
The Dispatcher I is responsible for overseeing and documenting the pickup and delivery of local shipments, as well as coordinating and communicating shipment information between drivers and delivery agents.
The Customer Service Representative I must have the ability to troubleshoot and become first point of contact for AIT's customers seeking help with timely delivery. This role will focus on establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer's accounts and assessing customer's needs translating into results oriented solutions.
Role will start hybrid in Chicago and transition to Itasca in early 2026 Schedule: M-F, 1pm-10pm.
The Account Manager I will work independently and with field sales (AE's) to engage and convert customers to work with AIT Truckload Solutions. The Account Manager I will work as an individual SME on their portfolio with the primary focus of maintaining / expanding relationships with strategic accounts while executing within the following functional areas of account profitability for a customer portfolio, communication, customer service, problem resolution and load execution. The Account Manager I represents the entire range of the company's core products and services to customers while leading the customer account planning cycle for the current year.
AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Ocean Import AgentII that will coordinate the day-to-day Import of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based on customer requests. The Ocean Import Agent’s primary focus is providing a high-level of operational excellence and a world-class customer service experience to all customers.
The Domestic Operations Support Agent I is responsible for reviewing daily reports for AIT stations and Agents. Monitoring trends and address past due issues. Identify solutions for on time performance and Cartage Manual compliance. Assist agent with training and portal usage. Resolve agent escalations between AIT and Agent.
The Domestic Agent I has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.

Develop and execute a field sales business plan that will achieve the corporate revenue goals. To be successful, this position will leverage their past progressive experience in food logistics and/or transportation industries.
